1. Data Usage
LumaFeed aggregates funding and investment data from publicly available news sources, press releases, and regulatory filings. The data is processed, structured, and scored using automated systems. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness of the information provided.
2. API Usage
Access to the LumaFeed API is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Free accounts are limited to 20 queries per day. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw data obtained through our API without prior written consent. Automated scraping of data beyond your allotted API limits is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive or abusive usage.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise the integrity of our service. Account termination may result in the loss of access to historical data and API keys.
4. Limitation of Liability
All data and information provided by LumaFeed is offered "as-is" without warranty of any kind. LumaFeed does not provide investment advice, and the information on this platform should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on data obtained through our service.
5. Changes to Terms
